You have touched many women & children who were unfortunate enough to spend their Christmas at the shelter. We had received the following letter after our last drive:
This letter is to thank you for your very generous donation of knitted clothing to the Ministry of the Honeychurch Family Life Resource Centre. We appreciate your support as we endeavour to meet the many needs of families in our care.
Women and children come to us everyday looking for shelter from domestic abuse. We endeavour to provide these families with the life skills and supports necessary to move on to independent living. It is through the support of individuals like you that we are able to provide this very necessary service to families in crisis.
Thank you for helping to make a difference in so many lives.
