The Application Process for International Students
Who can apply?
Mature students (age 19 years or older) of any nationality, with Grade
12 equivalent or higher level of education.
How to Apply
Students may
contact us by e-mail at
info@aolBrampton.com to get a copy of the Application Letter in
Microsoft Word document format. Please ensure that you complete all
parts of the application since an incomplete application may be
rejected.

Student sends a
completed Application along with an application / registration fee
of CDN $200 and supporting documentation (school transcripts,
resume, copy of passport, TOEFL or IELTS results if available).
If the student’s bank requires supporting
documentation for issuance of the Demand Draft for Canadian $200, then:

We evaluate the
application.

For successful
applicants, we send an offer of placement with all admission
details.

Student accepts the
offer of placement by paying 25% of the program fees plus the
Administration Fee and a security
deposit of CDN $1,000. The security deposit is paid back to the
student at the rate of $200 per month over the first five months of
studies, provided the student maintains a good attendance record for
the month.

We send an Official
Letter of Acceptance and a tuition fee deposit receipt to the
student upon receipt of payment.

Student applies for
a Canadian Temporary Resident Visa and Study Permit at the Canadian
Embassy / Consulate.

Once the visa is
approved, our student coordinator will help the student to
plan his/her arrival and stay in Canada.

Student pays another 25% of fees prior to start of the term.

Student pays the balance
of fees upon completing 3 months of study.
