The Application Process for International Students

Who can apply?
Mature students (age 18 years or older) of any nationality, with Grade 12 equivalent or higher level of education with English as the medium of instruction. A minimum IELTS score of 5.5 is required.

How to Apply
Download the Application Letter in Microsoft Word document format. Please ensure that you complete all parts of the application since an incomplete application may be rejected.

  1. Student sends a completed Application along with an application processing fee of CDN $200 and supporting documentation (school transcripts, resume, copy of passport, IELTS results).

    If the student’s bank requires supporting documentation for issuance of the Demand Draft for Canadian $200, then:

    • We issue an official letter with specific course details and fees to student.

  2. We evaluate the application.

  3. For successful applicants, we send an Official Letter of Acceptance.

  4. Student applies for a Canadian Temporary Resident Visa and Study Permit at the Canadian Embassy / Consulate.

  5. Once the visa is approved, our student coordinator will help the student to plan his/her arrival and stay in Canada.

  6. Student pays 25% of fees prior to start of the term at the time of completing the enrolment process on campus.
  7. Student pays the balance of fees as per the contract.
