He then presented each graduate with a congratulatory handshake as well as their well deserved scroll. Flo was speaking from personal experience. Flo addressed questions and issues raised by individual participants in a highly interactive session. She gave very important and useful tips about how to tap into the hidden job market and how to stand out from the crowd at the interview.
