Outlook 2003 Level 1 Training

Overview and objectives

The Outlook 2003 – Level 1 course teaches you the fundamentals of the Microsoft Outlook 2003 application.

In this course, you learn to use Outlook to manage email, contacts, scheduling, and tasks. You learn to send, receive, and manage email messages, use the Address Book and Contact list to manage contact information, and use the calendar for scheduling appointments and events. You learn to manage tasks and notes, and use the journal to track actions and items.

You accomplish the learning objectives for each lesson through a series of hands-on tasks, for which they are given step-by-step instructions and desired result checkpoints. The tasks provide ample opportunity for you to practice, apply, and develop the Outlook skills covered in the lesson.
