Word 2003 Level 1 Training

Overview and objectives

The Word 2003 – Level 1 course is designed to teach you the fundamentals of the Microsoft Word 2003 application.

In this course, you learn to create and manage document files, and to enter, edit, and format text.  You will utilize tables and columns to layout text, and proofing tools to check and finalize documents.  You then learn to create and modify hyperlinks and cross-references, and to preview and print documents.

You accomplish the learning objectives for each lesson through a series of hands-on tasks, for which you are given step-by-step instructions and desired result checkpoints. The tasks provide ample opportunity for students to practice, apply, and develop the Word skills covered in the lesson.
